Working together
Terms and conditions
Baseline terms for individually agreed music-production services provided by Maximusland.
1. Scope
These terms apply to individually agreed music production, arrangement, vocal production, editing, mixing and mastering services. Any different terms are recorded in the relevant proposal or contract.
2. Inquiry and contract
Sending a demo brief is non-binding. A contract is formed only after scope, price, schedule and deliverables have been confirmed in writing or the agreed work has begun.
3. Materials and rights
Clients confirm that they may submit and use the supplied material for the agreed work. Usage rights, credits, release approvals and any use as a portfolio example are agreed per project.
4. Workflow, revisions and delivery
The scope, checkpoints, number and type of revisions, and final file formats are agreed before work begins. Additional work or a fundamental change of direction may require a new proposal.
5. Fees and statutory rights
Prices, payment schedule and due dates are set out in the individual proposal. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory liability rules remain unaffected. German law applies insofar as this does not restrict mandatory consumer protections.
