2. Demo brief and contact

The form sends your name, email address, selected service, project description, and optional links and reference track to the Maximusland server. Enquiries are stored on Sites/Cloudflare and can only be viewed by the signed-in website owner. A hash of a technical identifier is stored to limit repeated submissions; the original IP address is not stored in the enquiries database. Copying a brief remains a local browser action. To notify the website owner, the server sends only a random enquiry ID and a link to the protected inbox through Resend to the owner’s Gmail address. Your name, email address and enquiry contents are not sent to Resend.

We process this data to answer your inquiry and take pre-contractual steps under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). If an inquiry does not lead to a project, we delete it when it is no longer needed for these purposes and no statutory retention obligation applies.

3. Hosting

The website runs on OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Audio files are stored in Cloudflare R2 and enquiries in Cloudflare D1. Hosting may process technical access data such as IP address, browser type, time and requested resource.

This processing supports secure and reliable website operation under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Our legitimate interest is secure delivery and abuse prevention.

4. Usage statistics, settings and external platforms

Your chosen language is stored as a preference in your browser’s local storage. Maximusland records first-party usage statistics: pageviews, visit times, visible activity, referring website (domain only), approximate country and device category. A pseudonymous daily identifier is calculated on the server from the IP address and coarse browser category using a random key that changes daily. Raw IP addresses, full browser identifiers, names and full referring URLs are not stored in these statistics. This analysis sets no cookies or persistent browser identifier. Detailed records are kept in Cloudflare D1 for 90 days and shown only to the site owner to understand site usage. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. The hosting platform may also process technical access data.

Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, TikTok and PromoDJ are contacted only when you open the relevant external link. The respective provider’s privacy policy then applies.

5. Your rights

Within the statutory framework, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
